Crazy Storm clouds over Queensland’s Gold Coast

I took these photos from my place near Jack Evans boat Harbour.

I really would have loved to have got down the beach at Rainbow Bay or Kirra or even Snapper Rocks. To get a shot of these amazing  clouds rolling over the beach… But the storm was upon us so quick it was pretty amazing. I think it looks like a giant wave breaking over Coolangatta / Tweed Heads.

This is the same storm that reeked havoc all through south east Queensland last Thursday.

I swear this shot looks like a wave from underwater… not long after I took this shot we pretty much were under water!!!
